First I must say we didn't have reservation cuz we decided to stay at the last minute just for the night !it was my first time in Miami beach and the cab driver took us there just because we didn't have an idea of the area,he said I will take you to a decent place very cheap!around 80$$.we decided to take the risk cuz as I said we didn't have any reservations and it was January 28 and we knew it was very crowded at south beach cuz the day after they had a marathon .the guy at the reception says we have no rooms you will never find anything cheaper at the last minute bla bla bla we ended paying 190$$!!!they don't give you breakfast ,they are very far away from the clubs,but I have to say its one block from the beach,but if you want to see Sobe this is not the place for you!!another thing was that they had cockroaches!!ewww!!!

Consider this accommondation as the last possible choise. I chose this hotel because it was on the beach and included breakfast for two. Once in the hotel it occured that no breakfast is available. The receptionist put the blame on booking even though I made the booking from their website and got the confirmation email from the hotel.
Room was not clean and there was no noise-cancellation, so it was very noisy.

Don't go to this hotel.

we are back to this hotel after having been there in 2003 and 2005. We remember the great location, cleanliness, services of that periods. It remained only the location and staff's courtesy.
The hotel is really dirty and with no more breakfast included!! There is only one elevator and it's normal to wait a long time for it. Now it's not cheap , j think it's too expensive for the given services: only the position remains at this hotel....

OK....if you just need a place to stay that is basic with a great location....this is it for sure......the place is great. My first time in Miami and I was on the go all the time so did not spent lots of time in the room.....bacis set up with a clean bathroom. Great price for being right on the beach in Miami. Very frendly hotel staff. Room was freshened up each day like new....that was nice. Very nice bar/restaurant attached with nice people working there that has a complete $5 hot breakfest....the place had good night life with flat screen TVs all over inside and out. Good high speed internet. Good pool area. There is LOTS of parking in the area but it's a $1 per hour 8am to 6pm everyday. All sorts of stores around the corner for what ever you need. There was a great Cuban restaurant just a block or two over. Because of it's location and cost....i would stay here again no problem.
