Best deal in South Beach- I keep going back because its so neat and so reasonable- total Art Deco experience- I mean right out of the thirties- clean, comfortable and walk to everything in South Beach- like living in and enjoying the moment- great friendly service and a continental breakfast "to boot"- been there with and without a car (extra $ to park but valet & fair)- you can spend a lot more across the street, but why?

Good: location, excellent... across the street from the beach (really nice beach), didn't need a car to go any where, everything is near by. Staff, the best! naturally friendly and helpful, good knowledge of the area, really made a difference. Rooms, simple but clean.
Bad: No air conditioning in the lobby! it was really hot and muggy. Breakfast, for that price they could offer something better, some yogurt and fruit would be nice

My first time in this hotel, and my first time on this end of the beach. Absolutely Loved the location, right across the street from the beach. This is not a five star hotel nor did I spend five star $. It was a room, no bugs, all lights worked and the staff was friendly. I barely spent time in the room thus it served it purpose.

Lovely place to stay! Although they are making some renovations on the building we absolutely recommend you to consider this small/authentic hotel with friendly and hospitable people!!
