The hotel is very nicely presented and the staff was all friendly attentive. The decor is very modern and inviting. Very quiet in spite that they were sold out while we were there. The rooms are large for South Beach Hotels, impeccably clean, but the shower! The shower would have to be the best shower I have ever had! Just Amazing!

I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in December 2011. We had several problems with the room, moved to different room but staff were not friendly or helpful. It seems the more you pay, the poorer the hotel. Rooms were not clean and several problems with checking in and final invoice. Contacted hotel 3 times but never received a response from them, had to contact Priority Club.

Just returned from a great weekend get away from South Beach. Very nice Hotel, excellent service, front desk staff were most helpful and attentive. Great rooms - suites, we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, we loved the hotel. We hope to return in May..

Am belatedly catching up on some reviews - we stayed in May11 for 4 nights .
Loved most things about the hotel but there were a few little things that let it down to give the full 5 stars .
Lovely modern hotel , near the action but not right in amongst it - which we were glad about as needed to have good nights sleep after flight from UK - room was lovely & quiet - no outside noise at all , just a couple minutes walk and you are in the action or on the beach .
Room is a great size and loved the large bathroom - great to have separate his and her's vanity units - could get ready in peace :) We had a roof top terrace which we didnt use too much as it was very hot when we were there and it wasa bit cooler at the beach because if there was any breeze this is where you would get it . Used the hotels loungers etc at the beach everyday.
You also get a large balcony on your room level , our room was facing an empty lot and had collins avenue to the left but not much of view ( we knew this when booking and were happy with this).
We used the restaurant attached to the hotel twice - dinner and breakfast and found it to be just ok and overpriced - which we were disappointed about as it had such good reviews , The deli across the road was way better for breakfast and can highly recommend .We never saw anyone in the bar ever and alot of the time it wasnt open which was a shame as we would have used it - nice to have a few drinks close to home at the end of the start/end of the evening - we went next door to the Betty and had a great ( if expensive) time :)
Cannot comment on the pool area as we never used it and all staff we encountered were very polite and helpful .
The lack of decent food and drink facilities in the hotel and the 'resort fee' is what marks half a star off for me . But I would definitely return ( at the right price) - and would get a roof terrace room again if I was going at a time of the year where I could use it comfortably .
