I rarely write reviews, but feel that I should this time around. The decor of the Delano/Blue Door is unique and creates a fantastic atmosphere. Our server was 10 out of 10, very professional. However, given the price of the entrees(35-75/entree), I would have expected a bit more. The bread was not fresh, the tuna "amuse-bouches" were somewhat bland as were the entrees. But the biggest faux-pas was receiving warm red wine, borderline hot. They restaurant was also out of oysters and the Dover Sole we tried to order. For a place with entrees ranging from 35 to 70 per entree, there should be no excuse for warm wine, crappy bread, and being out of everything. I would recommend this place for the ambiance, but the food/wine needs an upgrade.
