Staff were pretty rude in general. There was an aggressive Russian girl/women working at the front desk, and she's probably the rudest person who works in a hotel I've ever met Unbelievable!
The rooms were not very clean, but mostly because of the sand from the beach. Or because there were people who just couldn't keep things clean. Happens. Also, it was pretty hot or way too cold in the rooms, depending if A/C was on or not.

Generally, I had a positive experience. Don't expect too much and you'll be satisfied. Miami Beach is a cool place to chill out and party all night long. Enjoy!

This place BADLY ripped us off. We booked several months in advance and got a good price. We later spoke on the phone with the hostel and added one person to our room, who paid a higher price because he booked a month later was a month later. When we got to the hostel, it turned out we had all been charged the same price as him. Because of this mistake on their part, we had to pay over an extra $1000 in total. By that point, all of us were already in Miami and everything else was booked, so we couldn't switch hostels. They gave us several different made-up reasons why the price was raised, including that there was a festival, and then later that it was a "tax," because they had no idea. Finally when I realized what the actual issue was, that there was a mistake in the reservation, they refused to fix it. When we tried to reason with the people working there, he called me "irresponsible" and "not mature," even though it was an error on their part. He wasn't even willing to listen to us, and was completely disrespectful. They are completely unprofessional and essentially con artists. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSTEL. The beds were also pretty terrible, you have to pay for EVERYTHING, and it's incredibly noisy. There are better places out there that are better and won't rip you off, don't be fooled by the seemingly low costs.

I have not stayed at many hostels at all, but this hostel really impressed me. It reminded me of a lot of european hotels I have stayed at in the past. Chic lobby, simple rooms, generally good service, and interesting crowd. My only complaint would be about the cleanliness of the bathroom but really, this place is a wonderful deal and very relaxing. The lobby was very relaxed and I found myself meeting other guests naturally because of the chill environment. I would highly recommend staying here and will myself in the future. Happy travels!!!

A fun, party hostel in a fantastic location near bars, restaurants and clubs on Ocean Drive. You can walk to most destinations! The rooms and hostel were clean and modern. I stayed over NYE's and the price was good, compared to what a hotel would charge! They also organised tours for me, which saved some hassles! The wi-fi was very fast too!

Negatives- small and understocked kitchen, and the hostel was kind of noisy- but that's probably more because I went during the party period and its Miami- so I guess it's expected. A good hostel for young people wanting to party! Plus there is a cheap bar on site!
