This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and everything was awesome again. The people at the desk were so welcoming and informative, Jim the manager always went beyond his duties and even held some packages for me till I arrived. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pretty big! Let's not forget location location location... Awesome little hotel on the beach! Will definately be back:-)

Where should I start. Great location that's about it. Very dirty from the front desk to the rooms. The pictures of this hotel are a lie. The front desk help is nice. Slow elevator and inspection date has passed, very dirty rugs everywhere, cigarette butts on rugs through hallways. The roof deck is disgusting it is nothing but dirty. Hotel smells everywhere. The rooms smell.The bathroom is fair but no water presure in the shower so rinsing your hair is impossible. The lighting through the rooms is very dim so good luck seeing. Kitchen appliances yuck. I can;t say enough bad things about this place. Oh one last thing when you check in they require you to pay balance in full now I know why cause if you saw all of these things you would not stay.

we were a group of six girlfriends, stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was nice, clean, spacious. Rooms were good size, comfortable beds. Kitchen was very useful too. The only thing I did not like was the sofa bed. It was impossible for any one to sleep on that thing.
The location was very good. Close to all the clubs, restaurants and Lincoln Road.
Jose, on the front desk was very helpful. He gave us free passes for the club Mangoes too.
Overall, a good experience.

it was our first time staying at the crescent we really loved it. rooms were big and the staff was very friendly we especially enjoyed talking two jim at the front desk he made our stay extra special.
