This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Me and my mom traveled 5 hours to get here. When we tried to check in they told us to wait cause they were doing a shift change and couldn't help us. We waited 30 minutes. When me and my mom got to the room we both cried. There was a rubber in the drawers. No outlets worked. The water was yellow/brown. If you could get the shower to work then good for you! Barely even came it. The beds were dirty. Just sitting on them made me itch. We went out and bought fleece throws and dog beds to sleep on because you don't wanna touch the sheets trust me. The tv got 3 channels. No remote, you have to request it and they don't even work. The door is paper thin. Anyone could kick it in. You can hear doors slamming and people screaming all night. The hotel / room / halls smell like weed, b.o, all of the above. It was sooo dirty. I'm a college kid and I couldn't even handle it. We got a room switch which was exactgly the same and worse. The shower had hair in it. The sink did. On the bathroom floor I couldn't tell if it was a rust stain or a blood stain. Do not stay here. Idc what area its in its so disgusting. Service sucks. The police were there twice when I was there solving fraud charges issues. Crime scene of miami was there once..and I never found out what happened. Just don't stay here. Its ghetto. Its a dump. It feels so unsafe in the hotel. I'm warning you. I've you've booked...cancel. please trust me. I'm a 19 year old female college student, btw if it adds any insight. Stay away!
