We stay one night here! On the week of our anniversary. The first impression of the place was like wow! But after staying one night I realized what glitters is not gold! Lobby and entrance of the place are really nice, but the actual rooms are not! They are small, along with bathroom! Speaking of the bathroom! There was no hot water! After complaining to the front desk they told us there where no other rooms available but they was a room down stairs that the shower worked in but the rooms airconditioner was broken. So we had to pack our clothes down stairs to another room shower and then pack our stuff back upstairs! The walls where really dirty and you could tell someone fixed the holes in the walls all over the room and bathroom but never sanded or painted over spackle! I was ver dissatisfied with the rooms and not having hot water in our owe room! But I will say the young lady at the front desk was very very helpful! She recommend two of the best resturaunts while we where there, that me an my wife still talk about! I think they may have been trying to remodel? But until everything is complete they should not have people staying in rooms with no hot water or A/C .

We spent 3 nights at this hotel during the December Holidays and really enjoyed our stay. Since it was the last week of December, most hotels were very pricey, but we found Delores to be very affordable.

The hotel looks new and is very clean. The rooms were small but well maintained. It is perfect for people who don't plan to spend too much time in their rooms. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the prominent destinations in South Beach from this place.

The staff was very courteous. We were really early for our check-in, but they still managed to find us a room. They were also very helpful with all our needs.

Travelled here with my husband as a stopover to Panama City for my 40th birthday.
The place is clean, bright and welcoming. Its situated on one of the main streets (Collins) and has a central location. Good facilities in the room - coffee maker, air con, large room and very clean. Reception desk were very hepful when a package we were expecting never arrived in time and they kept it for me. Good loading bay directly outside the door which helped with our heavy bags and hire car. Wifi was ok, intermittent reception if you were persistant it worked eventually. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Have just returned from 12 nights - wow fantastic little find and if I ever return to Miami will certainly have no hesitations in returning

Nice little modern hotel close to beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

In the mornings they laid out little cartons of tropicano orange juice and muffins and during the day there was apples and cooies.

We had a room on the ground floor which was cleaned every day and the sheets changed every second day. In our room we had hair dryer, ironing board and iron, tv, fridge, coffee maer and AC.

The hotel in gneral was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We booked our trip to Key West through the hotel as we got the best price. We hired a car for a day and staff recommended a place which was cheaper than anywhere else they called up and arranged for us to be collected.

One block from beach and if you are looking for a nice clean comfortable hotel I highly recommend.
