We stayed here for just 1 night & were impressed with just how centrally located it was. It's a basic hotel but the room was clean & everything worked (mini bar, tv & a/c) so we were content. Great value for money & definitely would recommend this to others looking to save a penny & the expense of frills!

I arrived at this hotel fresh from the airport in the middle of a thunder storm. Entered the lobby and thought that I had struct onto a winner. The relatively nice receptionist handed me my key and gave me directions to my room.
The hallways were dark, dirty, smelly, poorly decorated and dingy.
The room was a decent size but smelled foisty. I looked in the bathroom to find:
No plug in either the sink or the bath
No hot water AT ALL
The sink tap fitting was loose, as were all of the electrical fittings.
The A/C made a very loud noise and wasnt really up to the size of the room.
The decoration and wall finish was a very poor standard and there were water marks on the ceiling
The only good point was the fact that it's on Collins and it was cheap.

It was cheap but I wasn't expected that bad. It's like a third world country motel. I don't think the doors ever cleaned last 20 years, it's really really old and never renovated. The minute I entered the room I hated: stained bedding, broken air condition(in FL, really?), flat tv with smaller screen than laptops. I didn't want to touch anything else, I don't want to use the bathroom at all and left the hotel immediately: worry to have some kind of disease...

the hoel is poor and dirty with no conditions to stay!
keep away from this hotel.
