this hotel was lovely, the majoiry of the staff were exceptionlal , we stayed in a self catering suite which was great. my issue is with one of the reception staff, a female who worked primairly on weekends with dark hair and blonde streaks in her hair. She was rude, regardless of what time we approached the desk and everything was a chore to her. She never once asked the time of day or how we were feeling which really let the team down. She serioulsy needs to go on a customer service course to bring the side back to scratch. i must add, the majority of the team were fantastic, this girl needs to leave the Crest company in order to keep up your normal good standards given I am a customer service manager.

It's very centrally located, in South Beach near to Washington St., in a quiet street.
In front of the hotel there is public parking [$25 a day].
I did not liked the bed. It was too soft.

As we had been to Orlando few times we wanted to go somewhere different for few days then onto Orlando. Southbeach Miami seemed a good idea and we thoroughly enjoyed the area but found the hotel a little small,rooms were very basic but quiet, there was no view as we were over the kitchen of hotel. we stayed here for 4 nights with our 11year old son and it wasnt ideal, but i couldnt get a room at the South Beach hotel and this was the option even though booked year in advance. I would recommend this hotel on its location and price for couples on a budget but definatly found it a bit claustraphobic for us 3. There is a very small pool and beware parking is a nightmare, we stayed in a multisttorey round the corner but the car park opposite charges about $30 a day, I think maybe you dont need a car here if just here for few days. We visited the everglades, John Pennekamp National Park at Key Largo and did the boat tour around Miami and i would definateley recommend all of these whilst you are in the area.If we visit Miami again I would rather pay a bit more and enjoy the Hotel.

Hotel was ok, rooms were dated but comfortable & clean.

The location was excellent! 1 block walking distance to the beach as well as Lincoln Road Mall strip.
