The location is great. You just need to walk for about two minutes to reach the beach. The ocean is very clean and warm. Suites are roomy and have balconies. That's pretty much it.
The rooms are not very clean. You need to go to the downtown if you want to find any decent restaurants (I didn't find many in 3 days). Overall, it is a good place if you care just about the ocean. :)

very dissappointed check in guy was not helpful when we complained that room is not ocean front as promised we had to call reservations ourselves. also air conditioner did not work at all and it was really HOT in room. when we complained the guy kept saying its because we kept porch door open which was not true.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse #1221. Please note that these units aren't "exactly" oceanfront. The building is oceanfront, but since none of the units actually FACE the ocean, only the window in the master suite looks straight out over the ocean. The balcony has only one slider, which was a bit disappointing, but is reflected on the floor plan. The balcony wraps around the building and while most of it faces north, it has a nice ocean view and then it wraps around to give a direct view over the beach & ocean. The unit itself is alright - you are paying for the location. Remember, it's on the ocean and about 10 minutes to South Beach and downtown Miami. Our unit was poorly equipped. Only 1 wine glass (!), no pot holders, no dish rag, no soap in bathroom (there were bottles of lotion, shampoo & condition though), faucet in kitchen was totally loose, and the carpet should be replaced. We came in around 5 pm and we checked in without any problem, but there was still a blower drying the carpet that had been cleaned (again...needs to be replaced).
The valet parking is a huge plus! Worked out great - super convenient.
All in all, I can only give this an average/good rating but need to remind everyone that for the location....it is great and although not a posh resort-style building, it would work great for most everyone.

I was worried a bit when I read the other bad reviews before my trip. Once I got there, I was surprised how nice this place is. The valet parking staffs were so friendly and helpful. The two bed room apartment we got was so roomy and clean, the kitchen is huge for an apartment, beautiful ocean view from the balcony and bed room. Conveniently located near south beach with free parking, what more can you ask for?

I would recommend this place to any of my friends.
