Really spacious rooms, which was a nice change from the standard matchbox sized hotel rooms one gets these days. Technically progressive, including surround sound and a huge TV screen that mysteriously appeared from within the room mirror. The bathroom, like the hotel room, was spacious and well thought out. Overall it was a great stay in a what I know to be a South Beach game changing destination. Great!

My Wife and I had a long trip from Minneapolis to Miami for the start of out honeymoon. Once we got to the hotel they could not find our reservations. We booked the hotel on Orbitz.com. After waiting around for the person at the "front desk" (a dinning room table with a cash register on it) for a half hour; they finally let us in our room around 8pm. The room looked nice enough for what we paid. Interesting industrial look with a fill kitchen and refrigerator.
At about 9pm the neighbor started blasting rap music with extra base. This was annoying and loud. Our room was right above the dumpster and we heard glass getting thrown in it all night.
In the morning my we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom.
This place seems like it would be fine for spring break, but not for a romantic honeymoon.
