We stayed at this appartement hotel for 8 days.
The appartement was big and clean. Great kitchen, with evrything you need for making simple dishes. Also a comfy sofa and tv for relaxing!
2 min walk to the beach, and 5 min to the biggest shopping street.
Would highly recommend!!

Tiny hotel with a jungle like patio near 14th and Collins in the heart of South Beach. Easy walk to everywhere you want to be. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is like a small apartment from the 60s (probably was at one time). Furniture is new and comfortable but building is ancient. Good wi-fi and flat screen TV. Long narrow courtyard with tables and chairs provide a good place to relax with a bottle of wine outside.

Quiet, good located, clean, nice staff, big room with kitchen, I really recommend this hotel.

housekeeping is prompt, kept bath and linens clean and stocked
terrace is quiet and charming, not the dreadful lobby-club vibe of the other "boutique" hotels
room is large, like a small studio apt.
kitchenette is great!
location is good, central to EVERYTHING, but still away from the noise of Ocean Drive
Clean, maintained shabby-chic
Cons:
some of the street noise still floats into the rooms in the middle of the night
the bed was on the soft, slightly lumpy side
floors were not swept so they got a little sandy by the 3rd day
We recommend Villa Paradiso! It is a great, comfy stay for less than $200 a night.
