This hotel seems like a ghost town. Everything is falling apart. The front staff is rude (The doorman was very nice), and seems like we were annoying them if we asked any questions. There is no parking available, elevators barely worked (had to push button atleast 3 times and just sat there), pool is big but too cold to even go in. The pics online must of been from 20 years ago because this place is the biggest piece of crap I have EVER seen. If we wouldnt of had such great weather and were able to be outside the whole time our trip would have been ruined. Please do yourself a favor and save the $$$. Would not stay there even if was free. I felt dirty in my room and didn't want to use the bathroom or lay in the bed..super gross

It is very hard to find a cheap hotel around this area, this is the perfect example of that. This is one of the worst hotel I have been to. There is no parking, the bathroom door doesn't lock, switches doesn't work. Just one light in the room.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but the parking is the biggest issue. To find a way out, you will end up parking at the open parking near the beach which is not safe at all.
Avoid parking around the beach area and do not leave anything inside the car.

We booked a one-night stay at this place and regrettable so. The rooms were totally out of date and dingy. My pillow looked as if rats ate hole through it - I took the pillow to the front desk in disgust and requested a new pillow and the front desk manager (female) says to me that they do not have any other pillows! Secondly, I complain about the sheets and pillow cases as they did not smell fresh - I was told that someone would remake the bed once I returned from dinner. Upon return all I fould were another set of sheet neatly folded and placed ontop my bed for me to remake my own bed. WOW!

I immediately reported this to the front desk manager and she moved me to another room. Atleast the pillows in this room were better however, the rooms are the same - old and dingy. We completed our one-night but slept in our clothes because there was no way I was going to get comfy in that bed. I awoke the next morning with sniffles (could totally be coincidence but I don't think so) and began to feel ill by the afternoon. This place is not sanitary and please don't consider staying here. I have never given a really bad review so consider this as a fair warning.

If I had not prepaid for the room through another booking site - I would've left upon check-in.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. I stayed here in room 306 for two nights Friday, January 13, 2012; Saturday Jan 14, 2012; and checked out first thing in the morning Sunday, January 15, 2012 when I saw a bed bug crossing by my face on my pillow. I then checked under the OLD mattress and they were there too! I told the front desk while checking out early Sunday morning and they told me that they would give me a free night to stay. I said are you kidding, I said I will NEVER come here again and how the place needs an exterminator and remodel!
Also the rooms have no fridge, no microwave, didn't give enough towels, cups, coffee pot, etc. Mattress' were old, ripped, broken, and uncomfortable. They have a bar in the lobby but it's not open and they don't offer breakfast. You had to park your car in parking garage one block over and they said it would be $25.00 a day and when we got there it was $32 a day. Later I found out further down the strip on Collins Ave they have a parking garage for only $20 a day. Hotel was right on the beach but a little ways to walk to Ocean Drive.. I ended up taking a cab for $6 down the street.
The only thing that was good about the place its a good location, staff was nice, and the lobby looked clean and nice, thats about it.
