I can agree with the others. The extras soon add up. I don't even have a fridge in the room. There are very few electric sockets. I wanted to upgrade to exec but they didn't have any. The reception area is very nice but the rooms to me are standard. Not sure what the name Hilton represents

I stayed here recently with a friend for one night, arriving late afternoon after a long transatlantic flight.
This hotel provided everything we needed in an airport hotel - close enough to the airport with free transfers.
Front desk staff were very helpful, food at the bar was really good and well priced and our room was large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was very good - front desk gave us vouchers for free continental breakfast, which was much appreciated!

Interior of the hotel is great - clean and relaxing, and unlike a lot of Hilton brand hotels, actually has some character!

The only minor problem we had was with the free transfer from the airport - it's advertised as running every 20 minutes, but I believe we ended up waiting around 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive - not sure if this is normal or was just a one-off. Was also very crowded, and there was no space for passengers at later pick-ups, so they had to wait for the next shuttle. Transfer from hotel to airport the next day was quick and efficient though.

Would definitely stay here again if transiting through Miami International.

not really a user of the hilton group anymore .... quite bored with their soulless places, but this one was nice - in the rooms at least.

friendly front of office manager, allowed a discount to match the price i had seen on the internet even though i hadn't booked in advance.

the room was a bit dated but only if you looked carefully around the edges. the subtle retro art deco fit-out was quite nice and appealed to my sense of place. particularly in the bathroom, the design fitted nicely together ... all the right colours finishes and textures for an art deco feel. bed was decent, comfy and not too soft ! clean and comfy overall.

comfortable and appropriate for a one nite transit stay on the way home. Although the lack of anything other than the usual pork-infested and overpriced room service menu after 11.30pm was a downer and had to walk to the local grocery store to get some snacks.

public areas were fine and services that i used in the few hours i was there were all good.

We booked this hotel on a discount as we were flying out of MIA the next morning and wanted to be close. Hilton has done a nice job on the rooms and they were very comfortable. We opted to eat at the restaurant in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the value. For $19 we got the salad bar, good soup (clam chowder) a pasta dish (Vodka penne with chicken - maybe the best version of this dish I have ever had) and dessert - a very nice bread pudding. All in all, a great finish to our holiday.
