I have stayed 2 nights at this hotel previous a cruise. The hotel looks good and the rooms are nice and large.
Positive was that I was able to check inn before regular check inn time. This was good for me because I had a night flight behind me. They could not give me my booked room (king bed) because they said my room was not ready yet. Instead I have received a double bed room. It was Ok but unfortunately not clean. The room still displayed the garbage from a previous guest and the bed could show that somene has been lying on it before I came. It took me many calls to get this fixed. The guy at the reception took notice of this but nothing happend. Only later in the evening Housekeeping fixed the problem cleaning the room. I guess I could have as well waited for my booked king bed room.
Breakfast was good and also the included drinks in the evening were Ok. The hotel had a convenient free shuttle bus from and to the airport. It also had a shuttle bus for US 10 roundtrip to dolphin mall. Additionally I could book a shuttle bus to the port of Miami for US 10 dollars. I have found all these convenient. I would suggest to provide a free wireless internet access, because this is nowadays very much standard in Miami. Even the bus 150 from Airport to South beach had this free wifi service.

Stayed here after flight and prior to cruise departure. Highlights from the stay were the manager's cocktail reception (great bartenders) and cooked-to order breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Particularly liked that there was separate sink/grooming area in both bathroom and bedroom as well as a wet bar in the living room.

Despite the close location to the airport, there were no issues with sound. The hotel location is somewhat industrial with little dining/shopping options in walking distance other than Bennigan's. All in all, it served my purpose well.

Very good location, but read carefully your map instructions if you are driving!
The hotel is at an awkward location near a large intersection and under an over-pass. Take the shuttle if from the airport.
Excellent break-fast.
Very good swimming pool, fitness center and business center.
Some of the rooms are dated but OK.
Do not go high if you have vertigo and fright of low railings!!!
One of the best hotels near the Miami airport that is rated a a 3.5 * (Just in case you want to book with hotwire or priceline)

Upgraded room, can't hear much of the planes in rooms. Loved the free breakfast and mixed drinks. Plenty of shuttle services to South Beach, MIA and Miami Port.
