Excellent value, location great for Bayside Marketplace and port. Ten dollar round trip for a cab to Bayside. I think fantastic to stay at the night before if leaving for a cruise. Staff extremely helpful for transportation to and from the port and friendly. Secure and reasonably priced place to leave vehicle while on cruise. Did not buy the package, did everything seperately and no problems. The continental breakfast was simple but for the price was good.

Cheap! yes! horrible dirty and scary?? yes!! okay so i was looking for a cheap place to stay for a weekend to miami. There's fast food places all around so i guess thats good, walking distance to walgreens, close to some good restaurants, close to a shady area, close to no attractions!. The bathroom was dirty! hairs on the floor..they were not mine! Microwave...Dirty i opened it and flies came out. the fridge was clean, TV worked, THE DOOR! okay there was a trick to locking it i learned it, had no other choice, AC worked, and front desk guy...He seemed so nice and sweet i felt bad complaining to him so i just cancelled my reservation and left to another hotel.

Stayed 1 night before our cruise. Me (43 yr old woman) and 2 teen aged boys (14 and 15). Price and shuttle is why we selected this motel. The shuttle was great and very reliable. The location was good. Person running the front desk very friendly. We ate at Five Guys for dinner about a few blocks away. My kids loved the hamburgers. A Denneys, Target, Marshalls, and Walgreens are close by- all walking distance. My son loved the shower. I bought a can of lysol at the Target and sprayed down the room - the whole room including the bedding, pillows, door knobs. I am sure as the weather becomes more humid and hot, critters will appear. At this time of year (April) , I did not see any, but our door when shut had a large gap opening at the bottom that could let a fair large critter in. I blocked the door with furniture while sleeping (or trying to sleep). None of us had a good night sleep. Uncomfortable beds, noisy. For the price and convenience of the shuttle, I would stay again before a cruise - with my own pillow and body bag as long as I was with my boys or husband. I would not recommend it to a single female or family with small children.

This place has really good location, having almost all the food courts right across the street,very close to downtown and Miami beach. The staff is really friendly....the front desk guy(Nichols) is really helpful..he helped us to plan our two day stay ...the shuttle service was really wonderful...all in time...I will be back next year guys
