My partner and I had the most wonderful stay recently at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami. From the moment we checked in, until we left, regretfully, 3 days later, we were treated like royalty. The entire staff from the front desk to the valets were so professional and courteous. The concierge staff were outstanding. Extremely helpful and had an excellent base of knowledge about everything in Miami...
Our room was impeccable!! We were on the 11th floor, with outstanding views. Our room was beautifully decorated and of course very clean. The bathroom was large and luxurious.
We loved the pool area, with an infinity pool, that looked out onto the bay. The whole experience was pure pleasure, we couldn't think of staying anywhere else in Miami.

Room tip: The rooms facing the Miami skyline across the bay, offer fantastic views...

unbelievable. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are great, the bathrooms are even better, and the porch is huge!! Great infinity pool and private beach area. My only complaint is the beach opens too late. I'd like to be out at 6am..not 10am. Food is pricey but look where we are..

The Mandarin's hospitality is like no other hotel. Everything you need is always there. The Spa is excellent. Cafe Sambal and Azul have delicious food. The hotel's location is just beautiful, sitting on it's own key, Brickell Key. You can walk around the Key and see the beautiful views of Miami. Also sitting in the pool or the outside hot tub is just so very enjoyable. The skyline accross the bay is such a wonderful view.

My wife and I booked a room here for one night and were very happy with the room, overall service, and views of downtown Miami. The hotel decided to surprise us with a small cake which said Happy Birthday delivered to our room since it was my birthday. This was a very nice touch by the hotel management! Our room had great views of the Biscayne Bay and the city skyline of Brickell Ave. The awesome view can also be appreciated from the cafe Sambal outside lounge, the pool, and the small man-made beach which had a LOT of ambience for such a small beach - very well kept and decorated with the couches and cabanas. We had dinner at Azul and the food was really good with one of the most attentive and best services I've ever had at a restaurant. Overall, we found the hotel to be exquisite with top notch service so you can't go wrong with booking here. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is located in Biscayne Bay, the hotel overlooks the Bay. The rooms have a balcony which get a constant cool breeze which is quite a relief from the sweltering temperatures out there.

Check in was easy, minor annoyance is when they ask if you want to upgrade for $X which drags the whole experience down a notch. However, given a nice cool drink and cold towel on arrival.

The suite was clean with good products and fresh fruit. Be sure to ask for an iron and ironing board prior to arriving.

Breakfast buffet was good, we were there during the Sony Ericsson open so there was a high profile tennis star there during breakfast. Spa treatments were high end. I would return here again.
