“Wonderful staff”

The staff, especially Daysi, were just wonderful. Our flight arrived early in the morning and although check-in is not until 3 p.m., we were able to get our rooms at noon. Daysi arranged for a cab to pick us up and take us to Bayside and told us if there was anything we needed while we were gone, to give her a call. Our room was very nice and quiet. We were leaving for a cruise the next day and Daysi arranged for shuttle service for us. For only $10 a person, it's well worth the price. If I ever take a cruise from Miami again, I will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn.

“Very Expensive, not in a great part of town”

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Miami Airport on our way back from our Key West vacation. It is outrageously priced for a Hampton Inn (thank goodness for Hilton Honors points). It is not in a great part of town, evidenced by the gates surrounding the parking and you need to use your room key to use the elevator. You do get free internet and free breakfast with the room price. The breakfast was better quality than a typical Hampton Inn (though it didn't make up for the room rate).

Unless you are wedded to Hampton Inns, shop around for another airport hotel.

Thank you for your continued loyalty as a Hilton Honors guest and I am happy to see that you were able to use your points for a free night's stay as part of the benefits with the program. I am also glad see that you were able to enjoy our complimentary breakfast buffet and high-speed WiFi access at your convenience.

In your review, you mentioned our secured parking and elevator system. These room key access mechanisms were designed with our guests 100% satisfaction in mind. Even though the surrounding area is perfectly safe, we like to give our guests the extra sense of security and piece-of-mind for their safety and the safety of their belongings. I apologize if that is not the impression you got when you saw these mechanisms in place, as it was never our intention to make you feel unsafe.

I invite you to visit our website when booking reservations where we have our Advance Purchase rates, discounted up to 15% off when booked online. We would love if you gave us another chance to "wow" you in the future.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay..we were upgraded which worked out beautifully as we were parents of the groom to be..the entire staff was wonderful and the suite was great...I would stay there again anytime!! The hotel & grounds were very nice...

I am a travel agent, needed the best for the price for a Wedding aboard a ship in Miami. Total of 36 people ( all family and friends from Out of town) not one complaint,only positive feedback. PU at airport is complimentary and arrangements made with hotel for car service to Miami Port for the early wedding went smoothly. The managers party on Friday night is a "plus" .
Kudos to Ivy front desk and Flor for making things go smoothly. Need a group, a must to speak to is Christina who oversees it all. She is the best and needs to be acknowledged with a 10 Plus for all her help. She made me a star with my clients. thank you and will Absolutely book your Hampton again. Marcia@cruiseagain.com

close but not too close to MIA, this is a very well managed Hampton Inn. No, it's not the Ritz, which means it doesn't charge for wifi even though it is genuinely high speed, and it doesn't charge extra for breakfast (though the selection there is not fantastic, it is fine). It also happens to be opposite a strip mall that has a reasonable selection of restaurants and shops (I recommend Casa Juan -- very good and reasonably priced Cuban food: my tilapia was excellent)
