Checkin was fast. Pedro made sure everything was ok with my room. Breakfast was good. The only complaint would be the water pressure. other then that it was a great hotel!

We enjoyed three nights (two separate rooms) in December 2011. The staff was very friendly and a full breakfast bar was offered. The rooms were clean and comfortable--although they seemed a little worn. The location was ideal for us, although it was a bit tricky finding the hotel (it is tucked behind a few other buildings). That being said, It also was a quiter location.

Since we are nonsmokers (my husband suffers with Asthma), I was worried that this was not a smoke free hotel. However, we didn't notice smoke in the hallways or our room. :)

Used a Hilton Honors Reward stay. Got a King room with a sitting area. Clean, very friendly staff. Centrally located on US 1 south to Key West. Directions are wonky though. The hotels's map was wrong and for ince the GPS was correct. You have to pass SW 70th and turn right on SW 80th to get there. I dont understand why. Can't beat a Hampton Inn for price and quality though.

we booked with time our return transfer to the airport and the driver appeared 45 minutes late to the set up time. we did not miss our flight because was delay. We did not received a proper explanation about the incident. I recommend to take a taxi back to the airport to avoid a real big problem.
