Stayed three nights and given that we got a good rate through hotwire, the room was good value.
Good points : free parking, good size tv and comfy bed
Needs improvement : bathroom fans and plumbing- way too noisy so don't expect a long sleep in given that this is an airport hotel and this noise combined with the flight path will have you up and awake early

Shuttles only run every hour on the hour no exceptions. Hotel is bare. Staff said that they might be able to get us a shuttle to Walmart, then told us they couldn't fit us into the schedule after waiting a half hour. average hotel, nothing special.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the room is basically a clean double bed room. Pillows supplied were label hard and soft but there don't seem to be any difference between them ... all pillows are smaller but a bit on the hard side.
One thing common in past complaints is the TV and toilet. The TV is a 40 inch Phillip LCD but there were only a handful of channels available and the reception is poor. Now the toilet get stuck on the first night and was not fixed till a couple days later. Unlike my stay in past Holiday Inn, this one seem to have room faciltities needing repair to make them workable.
Staff wise the chambermaid and the front desk seem pretty friendly and always willing to help.

This Holiday Inn doesn't have a lot going for it, although it is clean and the beds are comfortable and it is inexpensive and it is relatively near the airport (if you follow directions from the hotel staff instead of trusting Google maps). It's a decent value. Apparently occupied mostly by workers with jobs in the area. The bar restaurant is a loser. The breakfast is a disappointment. Adjacent to a sports bar that gets mobbed by singles every night of the week. Right next door is a somewhat more upscale suite hotel owned by the same people.
