From the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out, this hotel's staff was more than coridal and professional. They were outgoing and friendly. As we walked down the hall, staff at all levels said hello, good morning, how are you. The room was squeaky clean, the bed mattress, pillows and linens were soft and comfy. Slipping into bed at night was like being in a spa. The decor was tropical but tasteful. Our room was ample for two people, plenty of space for elecronics and all the "stuff" you bring with you. The walk in shower comfortably large, although the water pressure was a bit low, even from the adustable shower head. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. We were traveling for the purpose of a three day conference, and didn't receive any less outstanding service based on the "event" rate that we received.

Our room was good but not spacious. We had two beds and a chair and not a bench at the end of the bed. The beds were very good and also the bedlinnen. Happy with the very big walkin shower!
The room was complete but We missed the bottle of water when we arrived ! After a long intercontinental flight people need WATER and in nearly all hotels is in the room a complimentary bottle of water! We missed that in this hotel.
Breakfast service was very good and friendly.
By the way we had no advantage of our platinum membership. Nevertheless we probably will come back in this hotel.

I like hotel Indigo's generally speaking. You can expect something different, like a design hotel or more-boutique hotel experience. On arrival, I was a little disappointed to see it was an old hotel-style building from the outside (rather than a new build or attractive building), however that was just first impressions as the interiors were lovely and very comfortable. Got up too late for breakfast!, but it was nice to have the Starbucks just across the road as a late breakfast option, or when coming back late at night. Just across the road from the Dadeland Mall which has some good options (although overall I'd say hit the road and get on up to Sawgrass Mills 30 mins away as that is the largest outlet mall in the U.S.). I used the gym, which had a good range of equipment and plenty of space, plus TV and aircon. Free parking too.

+ Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, overally a great stay.
- It's nice to have starbucks coffee in the room but it would be even better to have a choice of tea.
