Book oceanfront, not ocean view, for a better view of the ocean. The hotel permits dogs and is right on the beach. Ask for a fridge for the ocean front room, as they don't come with them.

Our reservation was for a room with either a king or two double beds and our room had a queen bed although we were charged based on a king bed. We had no maid or room service while we were there. They do not give a free breakfast unless you have a high level hilton honors account. Even most inexpensive motels give a free continental breakfast. The airconditioning is set fot 70 degrees and at night the AC goes off so we waked up hot at 3 o'clock AM. We asked to have the AC checked but it was never checked.
The view was beautiful.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it was just as good, if not better than the first time I stayed. My son and I came down for a long weekend and had a great time. Front desk staff and wait staff were great. I'm a Hilton honors member and travel a lot for work....there's a reason I stay at Hilton's and the exemplary service and treatment is no exception here. Love this place, it's like a gem. My only complaint would be the music that played pretty late on weekends...that said I had a blast and will be returning.

Have attended several weddings from beginning to end here. Also have attended many receptions here. Great for conferences. FOR TRAVELERS this is RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with a lovely deck, if you don't want to get sandy, but with the ocean just a few strides away. Hilton accommodations are always good here. It's about 30 minutes from the Melbourne Airport. This Hilton is, of course, a wonderful self-contained place that can serve all your needs, whether it is family on vacation, romantic honeymooning couples, friends traveling, or whether on business or by yourself. There's plenty to do and Orlando is about and hour away with all of its attractions. There's plenty of shopping to do in Melbourne itself, and lots of unique restaurants as well. You won't be disappointed with this beachside Hilton.
