From the maintainance staff to those who service the front desk, you will find conscientous, courteous, and helpful people. I was there for an extended stay (about 1 month) and I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. The views are great and you're right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. I got rid of the rental car and I was able to navigate the island riding one of the bikes that have been provided for guests. The ladies came weekly to clean. Everything is provided for your comfort, all you have to do is pack and unpack. Unfortunately, I'm not certain once Holiday Inn really takes over what will happen. The only negative encounter I had was w/one of their corporate types, who seemed to be looking for something wrong to pick at the staff about. (Note to corporate: I certainly did not go on vacation to spend my time filling out forms every day!) Go and enjoy - at least for now.

We stayed for Wed-Sun and it fit our family perfectly! We rented a 3BR, 2 BA unit that had a great kitchen, screened porch, and nice furnishings. It seemed brand new. The zero entry pool was perfect for the kids. My youngest learned to swim for the first time. We tied up our boat to the dock for free. It is a long way out to the inlet since it is no-wake, but who can argue with a nice free dock. We did get a great deal. This huge unit was less than the price of a standard hotel room at the Marriott Resort. This was just perfect for our family.

You can easily take a short walk to Esplanade for dining and shops. In October, everything is very quiet but I'm sure things will pick up in a few months.

We stayed here in August 2011. It was clean and we were very pleased with it. Beds very comfy once we removed all the floral soft cushionings ( not my taste). I guess the apartment is themed very Tommy Bahama, furnished to a high spec but really could do without all the plastic plants! The swimming pool is small but very nice, although you are not too far from the beach. The staff were superb and helpful at all times, especially in the mornings when they were kind enough to lend us beach chairs and a shade. Really recommend you drive to Naples to go to the beach as it is beautiful and easy to park, whereas we found Marco's beach not so welcoming as it appears to be taken over by the large condo units which run along it.

My family stayed three nights in late June and had an incredible experience. The facility is very clean and beautiful, The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Thomas. We went to the Tigertail Beach close by and had fun. While in Tigertail Beach, stop by the rental kiosk and talk to Todd and Jim. They're very nice and Todd is quick to give some great deals and more. The island was not crowded. It might be a good time to come here and visit at this time of the year if you really wanted to relax. This was our first time here and will definitely come back.
