this is the second time within a year that we stayed at the sea breeze in room 205. we enjoyed it the first time and the second time was just as great as the first. the room was clean and ready upon our arrival and we had no problem with finding a good parking spot. the only things that we feel should be address is individuals not following the rules about the hot tub. it stated that no children under the age of 12 were allowed in the hot tub but yet parents allowed them and sometimes the parents were not even present plus the children were playing in the elevator which serviced the floors. the owners of the room are great people and we would by all means stay there again.

We stayed for one week at the Sea Breeze condo unit 605 at Madeira Beach.
Let me say first that the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Positives:
1. There were beach toys and chairs in the room. This was nice since we flew and didn't have our own.
2. The beach location is by far the best on the beach. There was plenty of room and no crowding.
3. The pool was a nice size and offered a grilling station.
4. The pool location was awesome to see the surf come in.
5. The furniture was nice and plenty of pots, pans, etc.
6. Plenty of towels
Negatives:
1. There weren't enough bed linens for the bed and pull out couch. There weren't any sheets and only a bed pad and a scratchy blanket. The main bed comforter was very musty and caused us to be "stuffy" the next morning.
2. There weren't enough things like trash bags, dish washing soap, toilet paper, etc.
3. The elevator is super slow.
4. Washer/dryer is a shared experience and only on the 4th and 7th floors.
5. No fitness center
**This isn't an owner problem, but an issue we noticed while staying there. With no management on site anyone could come up and swim. There was a family staying in unit 103 and during the day their entire family would come and swim. So, in a unit of 8 max there was 17 of them. This was very frustrating as they didn't watch their children.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would probably stay closer to Indian Rocks area as they looked nicer and newer as we drove around and toured the area.

The sea breeze is by far the worst condominium my family and I have ever stayed at. First of all our sink smells terrible so we can't even use it. Our fridge won't stay closed so we have to have a chair in front of it. The showers here are extremely dangerous. Every time my family and I would take a shower it would go from normal to scolding hot with no warning. The elevator is terribly slow and it takes about 7 minuets to go down 5 floors. I do not recommend staying here at all instead I recommend staying at the sea oats in Redington. This will be our last time staying here.

Excellent overall location with a great view of the beach from the balcony. Super beach that was not crowded during the week, but filled up on Friday, which was the start of a holiday weekend. That same Friday saw many people checking in, which caused long waits for the only elevator for the building. Room 504 was nicely furnished and clean with some wear and tear. The shower had dangerous hot water surges and the bathtub was slow to drain. I recommend the condo to anybody, but if I was to return, I would arrive on a Sunday night and leave by Thursday or Friday to avoid the noise and crowds.
