First and foremost, we are sorry that your stay was less then ideal here with us. I would like to address some of the specific things you referenced in your review of our property.
The units actually do vary in size as a whole, but all of them are divided as 2 bedroom and 2 bath units. Some offer a little more space in the main living area. There are plenty of photos of the individual units online, so there are no surprises when you get here about, size, décor, view, etc. Any changes to a unit are updated with new imagery on our website. I feel we do a great job of this.

With regard to their accessibility, we offer 2 conveniently located elevators, so you would never have to take the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floors. They are placed right next to the stairs, and are stocked with luggage carts to use. The tennis courts are never locked, we do keep the gate entrance closest to road locked, but other entrances are open even outside of office hours. We also have a lot of sports equipment available, a simple request is all it takes to obtain these items. We have rackets, balls, basketballs, bean toss, shuffleboard equipment, etc. We also have a whole library of movies for when you are relaxing in the evenings.

Lastly, Longboat Key can be a pricier area than other tourist destinations, and we are more than competitive with our rates here. Our resort is located on the Gulf, in a private, safe, yet fun location on LBK. If you research rates here, you will find there is a lot of value to be had for what you will pay. Should you find somewhere else comparable that is priced more affordable, you’re always welcome to call in and we’ll be happy to see what we can do to for you. I am certainly glad you a positive stay here with us! However, I would like to address the deposit issue you referenced in your review. I do agree 100% that it should have been refunded quicker, but there are sometimes factors that lead to a deposit taking longer than the standard time. As of now, we have gotten rid of the Security Deposit all together. The reasons for this are; we rarely have damage issues from our usual responsible guests, and the varying time frames banks have handling refunds. Again, we are sorry for extra time it took for you to recieve you Security Deposit back. Please note we DO NOT TAKE SECURITY DEPOSITS
