Stayed here 1 night and found the room to be very clean but the shower was a little dated. The grounds are very tropical with a pool and spa that are well maintained. Everything that you would want to do is close by, beach, resturants, night life. Would definitly stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the Shore Haven in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea this past April for 4 days. It is a very comfortable motel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It is an older motel but is well cared for. The location is wonderful. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the central area where the shops and restaurants are. You really don't even need a car. We will definitely be back to this motel. It is a safe choice and a very good deal.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and it was very clean and comfortable. We had an efficiency apartment and it was nicer than alot of the more expensive hotels, and the staff are alot nicer. The management are willing to help with any directions you may need and are very friendly. The plus for me was that the hotel provides coolers and chairs for the guests at no charge.They even had toys for my boys to play with. The price was excellent for the location. The beach is very close and near shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here, I will definately stay again. This hotel also has grills and beautiful scenery and plenty of nice people. These people work hard to make their guests happy and that makes a great difference.

Our family has visited Fort Lauderdale by the Sea many times over the years. This wasour 4th trip to the Shore Haven. Guests could not ask for a more comfortable and relaxing place to stay. There are a lot of regulars who stay at the hotel throughout the winter so it feels like you are visiting family or close friends you haven't seen in awhile. Adam and Arthur go out of their way to accomodate their guests and can be seen all around the Shore Haven throughout the day. If you have a problem, they'll take care of it! Our family happened to be there over the March Break (and St. Paddy's Day). The family through a huge BBQ to celebrate...it was so good!!!! I call this place a well kept secret because you couldn't get a better value for your money... but I'd imagine most regular guests would be quiet about it... we don't want our rooms reserved by someone else next year!!! Thanks for another great stay!!
