The High Noon is located right on the beach and is a fine place to stay for enjoying the beach. The walking distance to several good restaurants is also a great plus. The rooms are nothing special, clean and your every-day motel look. Stayed for a week in July. But it helps to have a car, unless you want to spend your entire vacation right in the same spot.

We have stayed at the Highnoon for a couple year.This is a great place to stay and when we return it is like returning home. The grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly,location is great.We sent a room request 11 months prior to our return,and call recently to confirm our room and found we did no have a place to stay.It was like we lost a friend!! They want you to make reservation prior to you leaving,but when you work in a job where seniority comes first,you can't always do it,but we thought 11 months was good.We are staying at another lbts hotel and hope to like it just as much.Maybe they will have room some other year.

First time here at High Noon and I want it to be the only place I stay from here on in when we visit the area. We had the efficiency apt overlooking the ocean and it was just beautiful. The location is perfect. There was nothing that we were unhappy with. The staff was warm and friendly. Loris was a delight and a pleasure to talk to when making my reservations.She asked that I stop in to meet her when I arrived, which I did and what a great person she is. It is extremely clean. Once you get there you really don't even need a car to get around. Everything is at your fingertips. It is the perfect vacation spot. My famiy can't wait till we return and neither can I. This is our 3rd year staying at high noon resort. This year we stayed 3 nights in efficiency apt. Was very nice clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with table and chairs, great for enjoyng morning coffee watching sunrise. Easy walking distance to shops and dining . But, the best reason to stay is the ocean view. Really is perfect.
Another plus is the safety of location. Well patrolled by local police. We left our bikes on vehicle locked with no problems. However, the owner did offer to lock them elsewhere on premises if it made us feel more comfortable.
Another wonderful visit. Hope to return in 2012.
