I was looking for a hotel in the Lakeland Florida area and came across this hotel. When I travel, it is usually for a long period of time. I called the hotel and told them I needed accommodations for 11 nights. The next day, the manager Sam called me. He was very accommodating, understanding, and professional. Sam gave me an excellent rate for this long stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was so impressed at the outside. It was EXTREMELY CLEAN, the parking lot was paved, and brightly lit. I am a female staying at the hotel alone so safety and the surroundings was a HUGE DEAL in my decision to stay at this hotel. I always felt safe. The rooms are very clean and had all the amenities I needed for my long trip.
The staff is soooooo extremely pleasant. Weather I was walking out at 6 in the morning or coming back at the hotel at 1 a.m. they always greeted me with a smile and a warm hello . have a nice day. A few of the staff even knows me by name now. Because I was so impressed with this hotel, I booked another reservation for a month later. This time I stayed for 9 days. Again the service, safety, cleanliness, staff, and Sam were all TOP NOTCH! I
Anyone looking for a hotel in the Lakeland, Fl area, I STRONGLY admonish you to stay at the Days Inn. Believe me when I say that I am very picky so for me to give this hotel high ratings means that they truly deserve it. I will be back in March so I look forward to my stay!
