My family stayed at this property for 1 night as part of a last minute trip. The rooms are very small and basic but very clean and well kept. The kitchen was a big plus and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.

Make sure that you pick up any extra towels or pillows before the office closes at 11pm or you'll have to wait until the next morning.

The location was good if you have a car as it is near everything without being smack in the middle of it which made for a quiet stay except for the loud Mexicans talking in the parking lot at dawn and the fire alarm malfunctioning at 7am.

Overall this is a great property where you just need someplace to cook and have a good night's rest. If you're looking to spend a lot of awake time in the room it is best to stay elsewhere.

Visiting family in Lakeland for two weeks. I'm an Elite Gold member of Choice Hotels and look for rooms through their website first when planning a trip. This was my first stay at a Suburban Extended Stay. Convenient to Tampa and Orlando areas for day trips. Good selection of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was very clean. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff all friendly and responsive. Inexpensive rates. Housekeeping once per week. You can exchange towels as needed. Quiet and felt safe. Some issues connecting with wireless internet in my room. A few days I had to take my laptop down to front desk to connect, which was inconvenient.

This was a great place to stay for the revival. It was only about 5 mins by car away from Ignited church and 15 mins from the airport church. The room was clean and spacious and for the price excellent value. We were expecting a lot less for our money about £110 per person for 7 days thats less than £20 per night. The kitchen was well equipped although there was no kettle (just coffee percualtor) and us English like our cups of tea. A Walmart was just opposite Ignited church so we had daily food to put in our kitchenette. My friend felt God's presence on the walk way outside our room which was on teh 3rd floor. The staff where friendly and took our luggage up (which was delayed 2 days from the Delta flight from Atlanta). I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to the revival and not going to hang around there rooms.

We enjoy our stay but we left a seat cushion in the room and try to get them to mail it to us. They were not very helpful. We could not get them to put it in a box for UPS to pick it up. Most motels have 24 hours front desk. This one close down at night so we could not get back in our room get things left behind.
