Mean spirited owner. Village idiots for staff. Shower quick because you get about 3 minutes of luke warm water. I hope you like to argue over money cuz thats what check out was like for me. Fake security claims by the motel as installed security cameras in the parking lot go unmonitored 100% of the time.
How does this place stay in business ?

I left a deposit on a room and was assured it would be held for me. When I arrived for my reservation I was told the price went up by $50 and when I protested they refused me a room and kept my deposit. Aggresively rude staff. I am still considering filing a police report.

My wife and I were looking for an inexpensive yet clean place to stay near Boyton Beach, FL. This motel did have some good reviews on so websites, so my wife decided to call. The person that she talked to was so rude, we dropped any plans to stay there. The only answer he would give was to check their website. She asked if we could have someone look at the rooms before we booked and she was told they won't let anyone in to look at the rooms. Either their hiding something or they are jerks. I don't know if the New Sun Gate is nicer, but the people there certainly were more pleasant and they said they would be glad to show their rooms.

Can't beat this motel for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Very friendly owners and staff. Great Pool. Good Location.
