I stayed at this hotel from Nov 8, 2010, until approx April 3, 2011 while waiting to go overseas, and because it was somewhat near a kidney dilaysis center where I could get treatment.

After arriving overseas, I've been unable to find the power/charging cord for my electric shaver. I emailed both this hotel and the main office asking if the cord could be located, and NO REPLY!

So eveidently they just don't care about once you have left?

Service was wonderful and quite personal. Worked with several different staff members and all were happy and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The outside of the property is just fine, the interior is showing it's age though. There are many places to eat nearby and we were just minutes from the interstate.

This hotel is such a bargin for your money. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. This is the only place I like to stay when doing business in Central Fl--Thank you to the hotel manager and staff for taking care of the guest!

The first tme I have stayed at this hotel (usually use others in the vicinity and neighborhood) and I was totally taken by surprise by the quality and value. But most of all it is down to the level of service and friendlliness of the staff, in particular Julietta at the desk. Always had a friendly and 'can do' attitude to all my requests, which you don't always genuinely experience. She is super nice, professional and anticipated my needs when I had an early check out. She really made the stay really warm and pleasant. Even when I arrived late and checked in way after hours and was not 100% sure about the location of the room, the receptionist, Dale, made every effort to offer alternatives. I stayed in the signature suite which is very good quality. One criticism is that I thought the ground floor location of my room which did not have net curtains was a little surprising. Please consider putting up a net curtain option for the ground floor rooms for added discretion. I will defo consider staying again as will other friends and family who also compared the quality and service versus the other options in the area.
