Elizabeth (worker in the breakfast room), made our morning very special. She paid attention to our needs and kept our table clear. She did not stop working the whole time we were there. She is definietly an asset to your motel.

We have stayed here twice in the past 5 years and have already booked another stay for the Fall. The hotel is located off 192 just East of Old Towne. There is plenty of parking (even on those evenings when Old Towne is overflowing) and the lot is well lit. The lobby is basic, but what more do you need? The complimentary breakfast is kept well stocked and fresh. There are two women there who constantly monitor the area. In addition to the usual cold fare, there are a variety of hot items which are quite fresh.

The rooms are well maintained. You have a refrigerator, bar sink, microwave and coffee maker. On more than one occasion we brought in food for dinner and had it in the room.

The pool area is likewise well maintained with plenty of room for the amount of people that use it.

There is a KFC right next door and a Cracker Barrel down the road a "bit". There is a Logan's Roadhouse just west of the hotel. If you sign up for some of these restaurant's mailing lists, they will send you a discount coupon via email. Don't request it too far in advance as they are generally short-dated.

The ride to the Magic Kingdom from here is about 20 minutes or so. Straight down 192 and follow the signs. Keep in mind that NO off property hotel is "right near" Disney. They have a huge buffer around their property. If you want to be close, you must stay "on property".

You should consider joining the Choice Rewards Program and getting their charge card. This will earn you points which can be used towards your stay (a 30 day booking window applies).

You cannot go wrong choosing this hotel. Have a great time!!

We just left Comfort Suites and arrived home today. It was a very nice place to stay if you are thinking of hotels outside of the Disney parks. The breakfast is great, with enough variety of hot and cold items that everyone should find something that suits them. The breakfast staff is hardworking and constantly refilling items, so no problem there. They are very attentive, for sure. The pool area is very nice, the water is heated and there is a small separate kiddie pool. The area is very clean and well kept, and there is a nice supply of towels waiting for your there. In the late evening there is a small bar that opens in that area. We did not venture to it, but some folks did and they seemed to be having a good time(not rowdy though...) The lobby is large, nothing too fancy but again, clean - as is the whole hotel. Parking is right out front and convenient. There is every possible chain restaurant (both sit down and fast food) on the main strip within 4 or 5 minutes from the hotel. Another neat feature is its location to a small amustment park known as "Old Town" Kissimmee. There are some rides for the kids, if you are not looking for a full days entertainment. And there are some cute shops and a few restauarants. This is all within a 3 minute walk out the front door of the hotel. We felt very safe in the area in general. I would say the area between this hotel and over to Disney is nice. If you go the opposite direction about 5miles, well,,,,,,,, not as nice(but we drove 10miles that direction every day, did not feel I was in any danger - just not a well kept area). For our purposes the placed worked about really, really well. We only went to Walt Disney Magic Kingdom (1day) as we were in town for another purpose. Stayed at this hotel 6nights with no problem. The room we had was quite large. 2 queen beds plus a pull out sofa. Also large fridge and microwave, plus a sink outside of the bathroom (bathroom has its own). I thought the room was a larger one than most that you see.

We stayed here for 7 days, the breakfast was wonderful the pool and hotub were clean and warm, the rooms were well kept. We will be staying here again next year.
