There's nothing more infuriating than paying a resort fee for an old & poorly maintained motel that's little more than a glorified Motel-6. Fortunately, the fee is only $2.50 and there was free Internet in the room. The best thing I can say in staying at this absurdly named Enchanted Land motel was the enchanted bargain price that I got through a discount service (about half the normal rate), and it helped me deal with a non-working heater, the old bed linen with torn quilt, and the maids that were banging at my door to make sure I left by 11:00 AM. The room does include a fridge and microwave although I didn't check to see if they worked.
While the motel has certainly seen better days, if you can get a room at a bargain price and you can deal with the inevitable maintenance issues and run-down appearance, it might be worth the effort.
