We stayed here between christmas & new year 2011 and thought it was lovely, really friendly staff always willing to help, very clean rooms and dining area, lovely food, & beautifully decorated christmas trees aswell! The pools were lovely too and had a bbq area which we used one night aswell which was great. Was a good location for getting to the parks and for eating out and shopping. Great value for money and would definately go there again.

I have to start by saying that the price point for a hotel of this quality is unbeatable. For a modest price, you can stay at a hotel that includes rooms having a separate bedroom, a pull out couch, a full kitchenette, and two TVs. Quality-wise, the rooms were clean and well-kept, the cleaning staff was top-notch (I left the chambermaid a nice tip) and there was a decent breakfast (inclusive).

I have a wife and two children and we just can't stay in a standard Disneyworld room with two beds. They are two small. And getting a suite with a separate bedroom is cost prohibitive at Disneyworld. For a more economical price, you can get so much more at the Palms Villas. I recommend it.

Stayed here for Disney 2012 Goofy Challenge. This place is amazing. If you are looking for contemporary design,state of the art appliances, or "new" carpet--GET OVER IT! The service here outweighs anything that you could attempt to find wrong. They take any requests seriously and work to provide you with what you need. Stayed here for Disney Goofy Challenge event. I was provided with a quiet room (yes, there was no noise outside the entire night) which was requested when making the reservation. From making the reservation, checking in, and checking out--it was seamless. The housekeeping staff does not bother you unless you want new linens, and they provide them without hesitation.

The rooms we had came equipped with a full kitchen where we could store our own food. Or we had the additional option of restaurants right next door or a Publix grocery store right up the street. I happened to stay here for running Disney. Forget the hassle and angst of driving over from elsewhere--THIS HOTEL IS IN THE PERFECT SPOT for running Disney. One right turn out of the hotel and you are there without even getting back on to the highway.

And even more so than convenience, this was a comfortable place to sleep! The beds are a heavenly mass of cloud-like comfort. I could not believe that I fell asleep every night immediately and without discomfort.

We liked staying here so much that we are planning to bring our family reunion back here in the fall. You will not regret staying at this hotel!

Stayed at this hotel/villa with my 2 teenagers and this was an amazing hotel. The villas were really clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information about attractions around us. You can even buy tickets to Disney world and other amusement parks on location. The pools were breath taking. There was complimentary breakfast and it was really good. The main building had free Internet access for everyone. This hotel has a convenient shuttle to Disney world that can work to your schedule.
