The room was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable. The pool was nice since it was heated. They give out free drinks in the evening but I feel they are too liberal as there are many people there that are drunk and there are many children down there and the people do tend to be loud. Granted the bar is next to the pool and it is open but they shoud really cut off someone that has had too much. The shuttle is very limited going back and forth to the parks as it goes only a few times a day.

good location, pool area was nice with a heated pool and hot tub. free breakfast was average, cereal toast boiled eggs juice coffee. beds were lumpy with lots of pillows. clean rooms, kitchenettes were average everything worked. staff was friendly. they have a n evening reception every night from 6-7pm cocktails no charge. room rates are cheaper if you book online.

My wife and I took our daughter to Disney World and stayed here for four nights. Our room was very spacious and was perfect for our family size. My daughter had her very own room which was great for my wife and I. The room had a small kitchenette with a dishwasher(what a bonus),fridge,and stove, a very spacious living room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The room decor definitely needed an update but it really didn't bother us because we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room. The grounds of the hotel were nicely maintained along with the pool area and playground. The hallways, elevators and outside walls of the hotel could use some tlc however.

They have a gift shop and pizza joint right inside of the hotel which is convenient if you don't feel like walking or driving somewhere. They do offer a free hot breakfast but like another reviewer stated it's kind of bland and they offer the same thing everyday, also the lines can be kind of long, you're better off going to the Dennys right across the street.

Service is kind of hit or miss, the front desk never seemed to be able make change at any point of the day, I went down several different times to buy change and every time was turned away because they didn't have any. Also they advertize discounted Disney tickets which they do in fact have, but you have to sit through a time share seminar in order to get the discount. As other reviewers have also stated the shuttle times to the parks are pretty limited as well, in the evening they only had three scheduled shuttles returning to the hotel and you had other guests from other hotels being dropped off and picked up as well.

All in all a comfortable stay would definitely come back.
