The hotel overall was clean, staff polite. Didn't go out of their way to be helpful but would help when asked. Continental breakfast was convenient but lacking. Room - neat, clean. However, two faucets leaked in a stream of water that would not turn off. Had to close the bathroom door in order to sleep. AC was adequate. Cons - The shuttle was not convenient AT ALL. i.e. Shuttle pick up from Epcot was 10:45 p.m. - park closed at 9 p.m. The pool was NOT heated (We had called and were verbally told it WAS heated). Rooms were dark. 4 people in room, only had 3 towels despite repeated requests for additional towels. Housekeeping staff did not speak English. Area hotels were significantly less with advertised heated pool but we did not check them out. Was there for only 4 days. We will not be back.

Stayed for a week with family the last week of January. Hotel looked much nicer online. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was average. The rooms however had many stains on the carpets and didn't have much light. The pool was not heated which was a bit of a disappointment. There were many other hotels in the area with much cheaper rates that looked much better. We even considered switching mid week. Sorry Galleria Palms, but we definitley will not be back.

Down the street from the park, next to all the touristy local stuff along the strip Rte {192}.
Tucked right behind the big Magic Castle souvenir shop (Mermaid on front), and IHOP.
Free shuttle to Animal Kingdom.
Breakfast included (bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, muffins, and more)
Pool, little gym (small), decent sized TV in room, air conditioned, decent beds, big bathroom.
Great deal for quick shoot over to Disney.

This hotel is quite close to Disney World and it is located in the middle of lots of good restaurants and souvenir shops ( IHOP is right outside the hotel ).
The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms are nicely done without any of the overly gawdy printed carpets and bedcovers, however, the carpets are a little stained. The staff is very helpful and friendly ( esp the reception staff - thank you guys ! ).Checking in and out is simple. We were there for 11 days and enjoyed our stay very much.
The breakfast is adequate and replenished timely. They have the usual assortments of cinnamon rolls, various mini muffins, cereals, instant oatmeal packets, breads ( bagels are a little sparse ), juices, coffee, tea packets and some scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. I DO SINCERELY WISH THEY ADD THE WAFFLE MAKER !!!!!!
Apart from the resort fee they charge ( $ 6.99 per day ) which I do not understand as they are not a resort ! They need to take that off. Also every Sunday they reset all the key cards, so we had to go to the reception Sunday night to have our key cards reset. They have wifi in the rooms too .
We will definitely be going back again.
