First I'll talk about the positive: The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice.

Now the rest: One day we did not get housekeeping service. OK, not a HUGE deal, but at 10PM that night we needed to shower after swimming and had no towels since we used them that morning. I called the desk from 9PM to midnight and no one ever answered... went to voicemail. I couldn't believe that no one was working so I kept trying and never got an answer. Tried again the next morning and tried for 30 minutes before I got someone. I've never stayed somewhere that was not staffed at night.

The floors are cold tile, and there are dead bugs on the edges behind tables and stuff (you'll see when trying to plug in your charger. The grounds, besides the pool area, are run down and have seen better days. The road in is horrible, the grass around the entrance, the windows are horribly nasty, etc.

I would definitely not stay here again, and I'm not a high maintenance person.

I just stayed there for a show that we had and it was a lot of fun overall. The room was large and clean, the bar had a great atmosphere and it was a good stay overall. Some areas looked that hd just been renovated or they were in the process of getting done. I would come back to this hotel.

We purchased the groupon a few months back for the two bedroom suite. When we arrived, we were really surprised to find it was two nice rooms, one room had a seperate king bedroom with a living room area, sofa sleeper, dining room area, and kitchen with fridge/freezer, two stove-top burners, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. The other room was connected by a door and had two full size beds. There were three flatscreen tvs, the biggest was in the living room area, two bathrooms, and plenty of room for 6-8 people. We had read some of the negative reviews before leaving for our trip, however what we experienced was on the contrary. The resort was very nice, staff was extremely friendly, and the housekeeping went above and beyond. We stayed in the South tower and everything was clean and well kept. The heated outdoor pool was nice and we also enjoyed the hottub! We would definately recommend this resort to others!!

I booked for 2 families, including 8 adults (4 of them 20 year old's) and 3 children. This is my 9th stay in florida and this hotel ranks as average compared to the others I have stayed in (including Disney hotels).It is ideal for families spending most of thier time enjoying the parks who are trying to economise. You get what you pay for. I would rate it differently if staying on business or organising very large groups who would require better dining facilities. For a family visiting disney and only using the hotel to sleep and to 'chill out' occassionally, it is decent value with some positives and negatives. What you cannot get in the hotel is available close by, even walking distance. Those mainly visiting parks such as Universal further up International drive need to be aware it does involve a lot of driving in busy traffic.
