The rooms are adequate - did you come to Disney to stay in the room all the time???

I can totally understand hotels going through renovations and we LOVE that you do renovate. The problem I had with this hotel was that they put us in a room that had not been renovated yet. If the room is not NEW don't give it to someone to stay in just to get their money

The kitchen had an ant problem so they kindly moved us to another room which also had an ant problem.

Now grant you, the room was very inexpensive but no one wants to have bugs in their room, no matter what the price. I also did not feel safe here. I had stayed here before year after year but this is the worst I have seen this place. I only live an hr from this location but I will not stay here until this place is finished. They should be ashamed of themselves giving out rooms that are old, musty and ant infested just to make a buck!

we vist this hotel twice a year, and it has gone down hill the last few years. when we arrived i noticed changes taking place. I ask the front desk, and they said it was under new managment, I was then introduced to the new general Manager. He was very nice, and engaging. He told us that improvements were being made, and if there was anything we needed to let him no personally. The rooms were much cleaner, and there was activity all around from the staff. I'm very happy to see this very affordable vacation spot finally being brought back to life. I would recomend it once agian.

1st Room broken sink,2nd no phone or safe no dresser draws all broke,3rd room smelly, mold, broken AC(never fixed) chairs broke, someone at 12 at night tried getting in our room with a key that opened our door!!! If it wasn't for the chain being on they would of gotten in. Pool was rotten no Wi-Fi like it says hotel front desk VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Now being told after booking though Days Inn,all my paper work I signed at the hotel and being charged by Days Inn I'm told they can't do nothing as its not a Days Inn anymore. A Rotten place the board of Health and the Better Business Bureau need to get on this Days Inn or whatever its called.
