I wish I spent a little bit more and stayed somewhere else. Based on most of the reviews we decided to stay here.

Positive:
-good breakfast choices compared to others.
-Nice location, pretty close to a bunch of restaurant, gift shops, etc
-Kim at all guest services was friendly and gave great advice on things to do

Cons:
-Poor customer service. Except for one lady who was always smiling at the front desk everybody else we encountered was rude. I called front desk and even before I finished the guy hunged up on me. Is it better if you ask in person, not really. They look so annoyed that you're bothering them.

-Maybe some rooms are clean but ours wasn't. There was something sticky on the carpet and there's this weird musty smell inside the room. You have to turn the AC full blast to get rid of the smell. Good thing I had some lysol wipes, the bathroom was dirty when we got there.

-WiFi worked maybe 40% of the time. Cable went down as well. TV sucks since it's an old box type late 80's tv so definitely no HD. Bad reception on most of the channels including the local channels. Even their own maintenance guy said so when we mentioned it.

-Limited shuttle schedule and was late most of the time. Sometimes they have a small shuttle and a lot of people just standing.

-As one person stated, the breakfast area is pretty small. Just grab some food when you can and eat in your room. That's the best option. They need to clean the juice dispenser after what we saw some guest doing. Pretty disgusting!

-Worse thing was when this cochroach fell on us from the second floor on our way to get breakfast.

If you're not picky and just need a place to crash then this is fine. If you want some sort of service and a cozy room I'd go elsewhere. A few people we met during our stay had the same complaint. Everything here is outdated. They should redo their carpet and chage some of the furniture esp the one with stains. Oh yeah, what's up with the cleaning guy just throwing all the bottles he found on the ditch behind the hotel. Not only did the glass shatter but don't they have a recycle bin?

I recently stayed in this hotel with my family and have a few observations. I'll start with the positives.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed (which was very clean by the way). The complimentary breakfast is great, with good choices. Location is perfect. Overall, its a very nice hotel.

Now the negatives. The breakfast area is EXTREMELY small for an hotel this size. It's very hard to find a table around 9-9:30. Our shower was clogged and so it would fill up with water very quickly.
Wi-fi service was spotty, but it worked about 75% percent of the time we were in the room.

After reading the reviews i was a bit undecided . But took a chance .I like to read the good with the bad and compare the percentages .I notice some of the negatives were a little dated .We booked this property on Booking.com and got a non refundable 49 dollar rate. I was pleasantly surprised, our room was a double queen,micro wave ,fridge, 32 in flat screen. the room was very clean and had plenty of space.And a large bathroom.The room came with full breakfast ,which is not extensive but did give families on the way to the parks a good head start. Also received 2 for 1 drink coupons at the pool cabana.The staff was very nice and attentive.All in all a very good experience for this Comfort Suites. Highly recommend this location.thumbs up.

The pool is supposedly heated to 80 degrees, but was way too cold to get in just about every day, despite outside temperatures in the 80's. i have been to Florida in January before, where the outside temperature was in the 60's and was able to swim in other hotels with pools heated warmly.
