We stayed at the Royal Palm Bay, the units are all aprox 30 years old. They are clean, but dated. The appliances have clearly never been updated. I also believe some units allow pets which is something you may want to check into prior to arrival if you have allergies (I couldn't breathe the entire time I was inside). The furniture was newer in the living, dining and bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were open only until dusk.
If you're looking for a larger unit than a hotel room these are fine to stay in, not luxury but clean and average.

We booked it through Florida Vacation Club through Armed Forces Vacation Club (RCI makes available some unused timeshares). When we first pulled in it looked a bit underwhelming. But once we got inside it was very nice. It was a very roomy three bedroom on one level with very nice bathrooms. Our unit had wifi. We didn't spend much time in our condo since we were at the theme parks all week, but it would have been nice just to hang out here. It is close to the theme parks (especially Disney) and to restaurants and shopping, but it is far enough away to have some quiet and privacy. We had a problem with the dishwasher and tv remotes and they fixed them promptly.

Our family has rented 3-bd units at Royal Palm Bay from both individual owners and rental agencies several times in the past ten years. The quality of furnishings, cleanliness and comfort level varies greatly. Our last visit was marred with a non-working microwave, clearly broken long before, with little chance of being fixed, and no one caring that guests did not have a working microwave. The condo was also rather dirty. Also, we chose this specific condo because it listed "wifi," and that was not true either. No, we will not stay there again. This small development has a great location for WDW visitors, just be wary of which condo you rent.

Stayed there for two weeks,it was fantastic.The Condo was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more.The owners had included bikes and toys.Cots and high chair supplied free of charge.
The area was beautiful the cental feature being the lake, the children fed the ducks each morning.The pool area was lovely,this gave our children the chance to meet and play with other children.
Convenient for Disney and all other Parks.
