My family and I just returned home having stayed for a second time at VIPvilla Lake Berkley which is one of several villas at this Lake Berkley Resort (also Hapimag) for 10 nights in Nov.
When we booked the villa we could have booked other villas that were a bit cheaper, however this one looked the best and seemed in great location. We were not disappointed; the villa had everything, had wonderful lake view, and was ideally situated to easily get to all the theme parks, with Disney less than 15 minutes’ drive. We glad we spent the extra money to stay here.
I loved the fishing on the lake, played golf on local course just 10 minutes away. Wife loved the spa, and all the reality TV programmes on the TV. Kids loved the pool and having their won twin room with PlayStation.
Fantastic holiday. Actually more than that…our best ever holiday and best place we ever stayed. And thanks to Stephen the owner for all the useful info he sent about car hire, flights etc. He even had a Sat Nav for Florida that we loaned.
5 star villa, 5 star service.

We spent 5 nights in this nice resort in Kissimee, 15 minutes from Disneyland and International Rd and all orlando attractions.
Lots of services around, incluing Red Lobster, Outback, and Walmart.
For a two stories, two bedroom and three bathroom villa, with free parking, dishwasher and washing machine, we spent 100 USD/day.
Service simply perfect, house clean, everything in perfect order.
Great value for families, saving a lot of money and eating your own food at least once a day!
For golf lovers, Saint Claude links si 15 minutes drive, we paid 25 USD for a round including cart!
It's the best solution if you need to save money for the (incredibly) expensive Orlando parks.

Have had many holidays in Orlando and this resorts rates as nearly one of the best.The resort is very quiet and relaxing with helpful staff.The houses are spacious very well equipped with washer, dryer,dishwasher and satelite TV.Also having a Wal-mart on the doorstep is an added bonus.The resort is within easy distance of the theme parks,restaurants and shopping malls.The only thing that let the resort down was the cleanliness of the ensuite bathroom and the crockery and cutlery in the kitchen which clearly had not been washed prior to our arrival. I always make a point of washing crockery etc on arrival as a matter of course but do not expect to have to clean hair and an accumulation of god knows what from around the shower screen hence only 4 stars. However I would stay at this resort again.

As a family of 4, with 2 daughters of 12 and 14, we loved it. it was close to WALmart, and the pool was excelent. The houses where clean, and the rooms were a brilliant size. To make the most out of your holiday here are a few tips i suggest
1. Plan in advance where you want to go and then plan around your familys needs
2. Go shopping on your first day to get everything you need.
3. Go for 2 weeks minimum. If you go for less, there is no way you can fit everything in.
