Room was pretty clean. Slow draining bathtub. Mold on shower ceiling. Health Department had closed down the pool and spa area. Person at desk stated that it was because of all the rain. Don't get that! We weren't told this until after we had checked in and walked down to check out the pool area and saw the sign on the locked door and asked at the desk on the way out for dinner. It was a pretty quiet night's sleep. Beds were just ok.

We stayed at this hotel from the 27 Dec. through to the 1 of January, this year, and had a nice room located on the ground floor. Our children used the hot tub and breakfast was great. Everytime we asked for something from the staff our requests were met. Our room was cleaned every single day, fresh towels and sheets. We would stay again on our next trip to Florida.

Been 2006-2008 first time just my husband and I after a Carnival cruise, the second time with our Daughter, Son-in-law and two grandsons 10-12, Both times were great rooms clean,pools clean ,service e.g cleaning of rooms very good.Serving of food in the pub area can be very slow so have a long drink to pass the time (you will need one after being at the parks all day) pizza hut good, breakfast good but cheaper outside,all in all we found it great thats why we keep going back .

excellent hotel, very clean well situated to disney and other attractions. bar / restaurent needs to be looked at but good , food part needs to improve. pizza place very good and the buffet breakfast very good . pool area good pool very clean. free transport was good. but use mears taxis not the hotels own taxi service very expensive. would definitely stay
there again. that good.price also good value.
