Cheap kids suite for a reason. No fridge, microwave, or kids tv as promised. Maintenance did bring us a fridge and microwave when we complained but never did bring the kids tv. Bathroom shower painted over and paint was peeling, tiles coming off wall, bloodstains in toilet really grossed us out. Not enough towels or pillows. Door on entertainment center broken and hanging off hinges, fell off on my foot. Heater did not work at all.Beds VERY uncomfortable, and old. One staff member dancing, gawking at my fiance, and making rude comments towards her in the lobby. Hot tub was cold. About the only good thing was the front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Other than that, very very bad stay and will not stay there again.

i think is a lot better to stay on the street than pay for this hotel, the 2 nights we pay for, we end staying only 1 day, fleas "i don't own a pet", noises, the security guard is like 75 years old, the maintenance guy, smell like marihuana and drunk, he said he is working at this hotel for 4 years. we call for service because our a/c was not working at 9:15 pm. the guy show up at 10:30 pm, with his wife or so. the towels look like they been used, they smell like swet. you can smell the mold, on the bathroom, the safe no key, the tv, no, on or off switch. the iron look like they iron the asphalt. the iron board has burn marks. carpet smell like puke, people fighting, the manager, ahhh the manager, is the worst of the worst, he look like contruction chief, he did not give us back the money of the second day, that we end up leaving after the first night before 1 pm why 1 pm, no a/c we did not sleep till 9 am thats when they change the a/c. the front desk at night, was awesome, the only good about this hotel... no coffee, no gym, the sliding door no open, the a/c after they change it, was making noises like a turbine from an airplane, by 3 am, the a/c stop cooling, call the front the desk and it was another guy and he said he can do nothing till 8 am. 8:15 the same drunk guy, show up with another a/c unit. ahh the internet, there is not internet, no signal at all, had to go to the lobby, and the a/c there was not working neither, they has a big fan, the ice machines on my floor don't work, the picture they have of a big bulding is a lie, has been on remodelation since 2004. the door at the end of the corridor on the 4th floor was open leading me to a ghost building, me and my wife went in and found the stairs, we went all the way to the end, "no remember how many floors, i think 10" nice view by the way. this hotel and the management are the worst of the worst. now they paint the big empty building, comon if you or any one that you know going for this hotel ask for a discount of 100%, they should pay you for staying at this garbage. this is not americas best inn, this is americas worst nightmare inn. thank you for not staying!

Stayed here just for 1 night as passing through Kissimmee. Since returning home I read the bad reviews from other people and can't beleive it was the same hotel I stayed at. This is a budget hotel so I didn't expect the Ritz. I was however pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked in to the hotel I could smell the polish. The reception area was spotless, fresh and clean.(so different from an Econolodge we had just left, where the smell of curry made your eyes water) I remarked on this to the manager who said that he had taken over recently and had put a lot of hard work into the place and it showed. Our room was clean, functional and comfortable. Our bedding and towels were clean and no, I didn't fall out of the bed as one of the previous contributers seemed to. Admittedly, the balconies are small but we both sat on the 2 chairs provided overlooking the pool. During the evening I did see a security guard patroling, did not see any undesirables hanging round the place, so felt perfectly safe. In the morning staff were out cleaning the pool and grounds. All in all, a very good stay. I would certainly go back.
