The hotel was very clean, although the rooms are very small. The decor was pretty up to date, with a flat screen tv and a comfortable bed. The sink/vanity is outside of the bathroom which I really liked cause then I could get ready without taking up the bathroom.

The breakfast was great; pancakes, waffles, eggs and bacon (which changed every morning), as well as fruits, yogurt, toast, cereal, pastries, everything! I was very impressed with the breakfast, and since the hotel isn't huge, it wasn't overcrowded.

The location is ideal if you are looking to go to any of the Disneyworld parks or other popular Orlando attractions. We were 10 minutes away from everything! The hotel is 2 steps away from Dennys and Mcdonalds.

I was really impressed with the hotel, as our expectations were pretty low at first. My boyfriend and I generally only book with popular chain hotels, but we couldn't pass up the great price!

Decent place to stay. Comfortable beds with fitted sheets (unlike other hotels in this price range that use flat sheets that slip off during the night). Room and linens clean. Yes it has a slight smell, maybe some soap scum build up and slight dark spots in bathrooms, but this is Florida! Happens in the best of places! All the older hotels smell like that! Staff very helpful. Breakfast average, but much better than other places in this price range. Yes rooms are small, but again when staying in this area you're not there to hang out at hotel. If you want resort amenities then stay at a resort. No noise issues, shower worked well (who needs a tub). Would stay here again.

This hotel was average. The rooms smelled very strange. Our stay was 3 nights.The furniture was good with HD TV screens, standard dorm size fridge and toaster oven. Very comfy beds. Upon entry I couldn't help but notice the odd smell in the room. Almost as if they needed to change the carpet or drapery because the smell was imbedded in the room. The bathroom was in need of a paint job/new wall paper and the shower is in need of new fixtures as the ones inside it were moldy and had soap scum on them. On the second of our three night stay the fire alarm kept going off at 1 in the morning. When speaking to the staff they gladly relocated us to a different room without any problems. Again, this room smelled and could be described the same as the first room. The pool did not appear to be very clean either so we did not go in it. As for the breakfast, average food terrible coffee. But, McDonald's is right in front of the hotel so the lackluster food issue could be easily solved.

Overall: great beds, nice staff. You get what you pay for, after all, it's not a resort so don't expect it to resemble one.
