This resort is old Florida at its best. Do not expect high end decor and amenities, but if you seek a clean, comfortable, reasonable place to stay, this is just fine. It is old, but well kept. We were pleased to find two sinks and the shower was hot with great water pressure and soft, fluffy towels. Great location mid Keys. It took us a while to figure out the two TV wands, but once we did all was OK. Also, don't arrive in the dark! This lush, tropical paradise has very little lighting and with multiple buildings and large resort area, it can be difficult to find your room. We also could not see signs to direct us. After returning to the office (which closes at 10!) the site map at the desk helped us find our building and room. The air conditioning was strong and cool and we loved the window wall with sliding louvered doors instead of curtains. There was a nice desk and small refrigerator in the room. Although we did not use the pool it appeared large with lots of available seating. We will come back!
