I recently spent the lobster mini season with my family at Conch On Inn in Islamorada...what I found was a very affordable way to enjoy the Florida Keys without paying the usual steep prices! If you are looking for luxury and tons of amenities, this place is not for you. However, if you are looking for simple, clean accommodations with the classic "mom and pop" feel then this is it!! The property caretakers live on-premises and are never more than a door knock away to help you with anything you need...from boat rentals to clean towels. Additionally, there is boat dockage so that your vessel is literally tied up right outside your door. Although there is no pool or cabana bar, you will find very clean rooms, complete with refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV, that certainly allow for a restful vacation. It's not the Hilton but it definitely afforded us the opportunity to spend an entire week in Islamorada without taking out a second mortgage. Thank you all at Conch On Inn for a wonderful vacation!! We will be back!!!

I would just like to take the time to say that we had a great time at this place.
understand if you are looking for the hilton your not going to find that here, but if your are on a budget and your are looking for a clean inexpencive motel this is the place. the folks that run the place are hard working mom and pop who really made our stay great clean rooms, clean towels, clean sheets, clean grounds, and friendly folks who were always willing to help with all our needs. they really made us feel at home.

I can't say enough about the unexpected surprise of the authentic keys feel this place had. We came down to lock in our wedding plans. After getting in town late in the night with mini lobster season around the corner. They answered late and had rooms for an amazing rate. I mean amazing. PJ and fam was very welcoming and place was freshly painted and clean ......roomy for most part.

On a weekend when most rooms in the keys were booked and the last few were charging $180 and up we stumbled past here. From the outside you can tell it's a mom and pop place but you don't know whether it'll be nice or skeezy inside. We were happily surprised - cute quaint freshly painted rooms with full fridge. Clean. They had two kiddie pools they let our son splash in. Also let us play w dogs and offered us a pass to private beach. Maybe 5 stars sounds like I'm over doing it but it was such a pleasant surprise and a relief to find - and at only $89 on a sat nite the value could not be beat
