We have stayed at the Santa Maria Suites twice before. I don't understand the positive reviews. In the past I would agree. This time our room was not ready when we arrived. When we were allow in check in no one helped with our bags. For our standards, the space was far from super clean. Subjective to the guest, but I will post pictures and you be the judge. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned when we returned to the room. We had to call front desk to to have the bed made at 3:00PM and they told me we only clean check out guest first unlessl I make a special request. Two day in a row we had to ask for towels that were not replaced when house keeping removed..We cant see. Glasses and coffee cups were never removed and left for us to clear ourselves. The turn down service is a joke. See pictures. The pool is very loud with children and loud college girls. Lots of people just want a hip place and don't care about the details but if you do like us....look out.
