Great location... in the earth of things without any disadvantages (if you don't mind walking). Staff is great, suites are superb.... But sometimes room service is spotty...

We stayed at the Santa Maria suites in the summer of 2011. The accomodations were perfect. We took my children (18 and 25 years old) on this trip and they are now in love with our paradise! Everyone at the Santa Maria suites go above and beyond to make your vacation perfect. We stayed in the two bedroom and it was very roomie! My son slept on the pull out bed so he had his own space and said the bed was very comfortable. The extras they do here are great and were very much appreciated. I recommend this location highly to couples or families.

I have never written a review on a place before but sitting here on this quaint poolside veranda, I had to let others know about it. The Santa Maria suites is the most delightful place I have ever stayed at. It is tucked into a quiet southwest corner of Key West. The decor is beautiful; Tavertine tiles, marble counters, crisps whites and glass accents. We had the two level one bedroom suite #25.
Highly recommend this place as a romantic getaway, nudge, nudge, wink, wink!!!!! Guys will score serious brownie points booking this place!!!
The free poolside smoothies, ice cream bars and chocolates are lovely perk. Derek is a great poolside host and Ken at the front desk is very helpful in suggesting things to do while you are here. I will be raving about this place for a long time!!!!

We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to stay at during the key west food and wine festival. We got to check in early, our room was perfect for two couples.
