The location was great for walking everywhere but much TOO noisy @ night. The room was very cramped (especially the BR) & the furniture could have used some cleaning. There was an attraction of having a roof top bar but they failed to mention that it was only open on whe weekend for a few hours a night. And the staff was not friendly. They werent' rude but no one went out of their way to be nice. And we had something stolen off our vehicle in their parking lot. It was our 2nd visit to Key West & hopefully this experience didn't make it our last.

This hotel was great!! its kocated in a great place close to everything nice and touristic everything was at walking distance, the room was clean and had good conditioning for the hot weather it also had the necessary equipment for a tourist. Right from the start the check in was quick and easy. I also really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I even found the bikes that they rented cheap and convenient especially since nothing is that far and it would be a waste to take a taxi. Overall I found this a very comfortable stay I would recommend it to anyone and will most definitely book it for my next stay at key west.

The remodel of the hotel to a "boutique" style resort fail short. They spent a lot of money in cosmetic work but it is still an old Key West Hotel.

This hotel was nice. Let me start off by saying that I am hard to please when it comes to hotels, I normally will not even stay in a hotel unless it is 4 star. Cleanliness is #1 to me and Im one of those weirdos that must have white bedding. When we checked in it was quick and easy, the lobby is beautiful with chandeliers. We had free wi-fi in the room, and late check out which was nice since most hotels charge for that. The room was emaculate and very clean. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. There was a flat screen television and even a fridge which you sometimes dont find in hotels. We didnt get in the pool, but did walk around the pool area which seems really nice with a tikki bar which I must say has amazing food and drinks. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I hope to go back and actually enjoy the pool
